Lateral Link is assisting an elite firm, in its search for a highly credentialed Patent Litigation Associate to join its NY or DC office.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of relevant experience, with a slight preference for electrical engineering or computer science backgrounds.

• Practice patent litigation at the highest level with other exceptional attorneys in a small-firm environment.
• Receive autonomy and real responsibility from the outset to play a key role in matters.
• Work on major patent litigation matters alongside respected litigators and trial advocates.
• Operate in a setting with no billable-hours requirements.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Slight preference for electrical engineering or computer science backgrounds.
