• Candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with various intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent).
• Keen ability to provide sophisticated, accurate analyses and counseling on highly technical matters.
• Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades).
• Undergrad degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics (preferred).
• Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required.
• NY Bar.

• Representing a diverse clientele in some of the most high-stakes, cutting-edge matters in areas including electronics, medical devices, computer software, hardware, semiconductors, and life sciences technologies.
• Drafting pleadings.
• Conducting discovery.
• Arguing motions before the court.
• Navigating the complex procedures of federal court.
• Providing information as needed.
• Analyzing infringement/validity.
• Performing legal research on complex patent/tech issues.
