We are a respected and fast-paced personal injury law firm based in Queens, New York, representing clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and general negligence matters. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, court conferences, and motion arguments.
  • Draft and review summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and motions.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement value; negotiate with defense counsel and insurance adjusters.
  • Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and accurate file management.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication to provide updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; admitted to the New York State Bar (in good standing). New Jersey Bar admission strongly preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation (trial experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure, motion practice, and e-filing (NYSCEF).
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in case management software (Smart Advocate, Trial Works, or Needles preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred.
