Senior Attorney; Class Action Litigation

Source Pro Search is conducting a search for an Attorney with 5+ years’ experience in plaintiff’s side class action litigation needed to head up a new department in the New York (Union Square Area) office.

• Will report directly to the managing partners.
• Book of business is not required for this role. Hybrid Flexible (part-time in office and part-time remote) position.
• The right candidate will have very strong writing, research, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience; and active license to practice law in New York.
• Comprehensive command of legal language, and experience drafting, reviewing legal documents.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain trust and relationships both internally and externally.
• Base compensation: $175-$200k (commensurate with experience) with percentage of legal fees as bonus on all cases brought into this new department.
