Mid-Level Trusts & Estates Associate – Estate Planning or Estate Administration

- Provide counsel in estate planning and estate administration for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
- Work with clients to implement business succession, asset preservation, and estate tax planning strategies.
- Draft wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, and other estate planning documents.
- Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional estate administration and tax filings.
- Support clients with post-mortem planning and other advanced estate planning techniques.
- 5+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, focusing on estate planning or estate administration.
- Knowledge of business entities, tax compliance, and estate tax planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with sophisticated high-net-worth clients.
