Job Description
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate.
  • Advise clients on compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Perform due diligence and identify potential legal risks in real estate deals.
  • Assist in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in corporate real estate.
  • Support business development efforts by providing legal insights and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the New York State Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate real estate transactions and related legal frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
