Job Description- Provide legal counsel on corporate real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate.
- Advise clients on compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Perform due diligence and identify potential legal risks in real estate deals.
- Assist in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in corporate real estate.
- Support business development efforts by providing legal insights and strategies.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the New York State Bar.
- Strong knowledge of corporate real estate transactions and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $435,000 USD annually.
