The firm represents commercial banks, private debt funds, private equity investors, insurance companies, REITs, and developers across a wide range of sophisticated real‑estate finance transactions. • Work on senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leverage loans, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity transactions
• Represent both lenders and borrowers across diverse commercial real‑estate assets
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, intercreditor agreements, co‑lender arrangements, and related finance documents
• Manage transactions from start to finish, including diligence, structuring, and closing
• Collaborate closely with partners and be positioned to first‑chair components of deals

• 4th–8th year associate with broad commercial real‑estate finance experience
• Background representing lenders and/or borrowers in sophisticated finance matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly motivated and comfortable running deals with partner support
• Admitted to the New York Bar (or eligible)

• Base salary of $245k–$365k, plus multiple bonus opportunities up to $200k+
• Substantial deal responsibility and direct client exposure
