Position Title: Employment Associate Attorney
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the OpportunityAdvises on employment aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. Drafts and negotiates employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. Participates in due diligence, transaction negotiations, and employment dispute analysis.
Requirements- 3–6 years experience handling employment aspects of PE or M&A deals
- J.D. degree, admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills
- Cover letter, resume, law school transcript, deal sheet
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
