INSURANCE DEFENSE – Attorneys – Multiple Practice Areas | Full‑Time (Remote Flexibility)
Location:
New York City (Remote/Hybrid Options Available)
Salary:
Competitive and commensurate with experience – $130,000 - $175,000
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, and General Liability.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions
- Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
- Experience with making court appearances
- Remote and hybrid work flexibility
- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly bonus potential
- In‑house CLE programs and ongoing professional development
