Managing Director & HR Executive at Joseph & Norinsberg, LLCAre you an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal looking to join a dynamic legal team? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation—from case preparation to trial.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and organize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and trial exhibits
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Manage case files and deadlines using case management software
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of employment law litigation experience (plaintiff- side preferred)
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and e-discovery platforms
