We are a Manhattan‑based technology‑driven immigration firm seeking an Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience. The role involves managing EB‑1A, O‑1, and NIW cases for corporate and individual clients while collaborating with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance our proprietary case‑management system and client experience. The position requires five days per week onsite at our dog‑friendly Flatiron office.

• Salary Range: $150K/year to $250K/year (plus equity), depending on experience.
• Work Location: 5 days per week in a dog‑friendly NYC Flatiron office with good energy (and snacks).
• J.D. + Bar Admission: Candidates with a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school who are willing to apply for admission to the Arizona Bar. The firm will help and pay for this process.

  As, O‑1s, EB‑2 NIWs, and additional business immigration case types.
• The Day‑to‑Day: Manage the full lifecycle of cases for corporate and individual clients—from consultations to filing and beyond (approvals, RFEs, NOIDs). Oversee paralegal work, contribute to attorney marketing (Linked In, Reddit, etc.), and ensure an exceptional client experience (100+ 4.8‑star Google reviews).

You are driven to help redefine immigration practice, working closely with engineering and product teams to refine and upgrade our case‑management system and client experience. Your role will have a major impact on the firm.

You’ll handle a wide variety of high‑value corporate and individual immigration cases, engaging directly with founders, executives, and business leaders at the forefront of innovation.

You will advise and consult with dozens of new clients each week across diverse corporate case types, and manage and grow a book of business.
