Corporate Associate – Private Equity, M&A & Capital Markets

New York (with flexibility for SF, LA, Chicago, Palo Alto)
Compensation: $250,000 – $373,000 (DOE + Bonus)
JD Class Years: 2018 and earlier

You’ll work directly with market-leading partners and clients on sophisticated private equity, M&A, and capital markets transactions across a range of industries—from tech and finance to energy and healthcare.

You’re a Fit If You Have:
  • 3+ years of corporate transactional experience (AmLaw or boutique firm preferred)

  • Strong exposure to private equity, M&A, and/or capital markets

  • Proven ability to lead due diligence, draft and negotiate deal documents, and manage closings

  • A JD from a top-tier law school and strong academic credentials

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a hunger for responsibility and growth
