A top-tier national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its New York office in a full-time, partnership-track position. This is a rare opportunity to step into a sophisticated, high-volume real estate practice working on complex debt and equity transactions that shape the commercial real estate landscape.

If you have 3–6 years of experience handling mortgage/mezzanine loans, acquisitions, dispositions, or joint ventures—and want to grow in a collaborative, high-performance environment—this role could be for you.

• Lead and support major real estate transactions, including debt-side (mortgage & mezzanine loans) and equity-side (acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures) deals
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents with precision and strategy
• Work directly with a diverse client base that spans institutional investors, developers, and lenders
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized real estate team known for excellence and innovation

• 3 to 6 years of real estate law experience (JD class years 2018–2021)
• Experience with either debt-side or equity-side real estate transactions
• Strong academic background and superior organizational and writing skills
• A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset
• New York Bar membership preferred (or required within one year of hire)

• Partnership track position with long-term growth potential
• Salary range: $310,000–$420,000, depending on experience
