Litigation Attorney

A growing national law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its New York City office. This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level litigator looking to take the next step in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

• Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability, premises liability, commercial disputes, construction defect, and insurance defense.

• Handle all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys while also maintaining autonomy over your matters.

• Communicate with clients regularly and maintain high standards of service.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience.

• Skilled in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable.

• Licensed to practice in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
