Job Description- Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research to support client cases.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A degree in law and admission to the bar.
- Proven expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters within the professional services industry.
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Base salary range of $310,000-$390,000, depending on experience and location.
- Eligibility for overtime, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- A clear pathway to Managing Associate, with opportunities to lead matters, manage teams, and deepen client relationships.
