• Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research to support client cases.
• Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in law and admission to the bar.

• Base salary range of $310,000-$390,000, depending on experience and location.
• Eligibility for overtime, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
