Paralegal – In‑House Counsel Support | Five Towns, NY | $60-90K

A growing organization is seeking a Paralegal to support its in‑house counsel and legal team. This role will provide assistance across a range of legal matters, including HUD processes, deal support, and day‑to‑day legal operations. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate law experience, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist in managing HUD‑related legal checklists and documentation
• Provide support with legal operations, including CHOW and related processes
• Handle repetitive and process‑driven legal tasks that do not require attorney‑level work
• Support with transactions, contracts, and ongoing deals
• Collaborate with the in‑house counsel and team members to ensure timely completion of legal tasks
• Assist with general legal matters assigned, with potential to take on broader responsibilities over time

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects with strong follow‑through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while supporting attorneys and team members.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn, with openness to training.
