Personal Injury Attorney

Well respected and established personal injury law firm based in South Florida is growing and expanding and looking to add a Personal Injury Attorney to their team. This firm is committed to preserving the rights of their clients and providing them with the highest quality legal services, they are looking for someone who will share in their commitment and values. This position is a hybrid schedule, working two days in house at the firm's New York, NY office.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York, license in good standing
• Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of PLAINTIFF motor vehicle/no fault litigation
• Must have ability & experience in taking depositions
• Must be able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bill of particulars and other pleadings, substantive and discovery motions and appellate briefs
• Must have strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
• Must be dedicated, hard-working and have a desire to learn
• Must be able to multi-task and handle a large work load
• Must be able to efficiently prioritize work, perform independently and perform under pressure
• Must have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills
