This role reflects the firm’s continued growth and the need for a highly organized, proactive professional to support its legal, compliance, finance, and investor‑relations functions. The position offers exceptional visibility across the firm’s operations and an opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in a collaborative, low‑ego environment.
KeyPoints:
- Join a globally recognized private investment firm with deep expertise in financial services and cross‑border transactions.
- Position designed to enhance the firm’s operational and regulatory infrastructure.
- Work directly with people across the firm, including the investment professionals and members of the Operations team (the General Counsel/COO, Compliance Officer, Finance team, and Investor Relations) on document management, filings, and internal coordination.
- Ideal for a meticulous, solutions‑oriented professional who enjoys organizing processes, maintaining records, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial, collegial culture that values humility, precision, and intellectual curiosity.
- Maintain and organize legal and compliance records, databases, and internal filing systems across fund, corporate, and investor documentation.
- Support the preparation and coordination of fund formation and investor materials, including side letters, partnership agreements, and due‑diligence requests.
- Assist with regulatory filings and compliance monitoring (e.g., Form ADV, Form PF, marketing reviews, vendor diligence).
- Draft and proofread correspondence, NDAs, resolutions, and other standard agreements.
- Coordinate document execution, signature packets, and investor onboarding materials.
- Liaise across internal teams (legal, compliance, finance, investor relations) and external counsel to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Support ad‑hoc firm initiatives related to corporate governance and operational efficiency as well as special projects.
- 2-5 years of experience as a corporate or investment‑management paralegal in a law firm or financial‑services environment.
- Familiarity with private‑fund documentation, regulatory filings, and record‑keeping best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Professional, low‑ego demeanor; thrives in a collaborative, lean environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and judgment.
Compensation Expectations: $125-200k all‑in compensation
