What you will be doing:
- Assist with patent litigation cases, including research, technical analysis, and drafting technical documents.
- Support patent prosecution and other proceedings before the USPTO.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for complex technology-driven cases.
- Apply technical expertise to help protect clients' intellectual property assets.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (required).
- Enrollment in or plan to attend a part-time evening law school program.
- Patent registration number preferred or in progress.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
