Legal Recruiting Assistant; temporary

Beacon Hill Legal’s client, an AmLaw firm located in Lower Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Assistant to work with our attorney recruiting team. This team supports law school recruiting, lateral associate recruiting and lateral partner recruiting efforts. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office five times a week and be available for overtime as needed. Candidates must have prior legal experience.

• Availability to work in-office five days a week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed (especially as we ramp up recruiting events and prepare for the arrival of the 2026 Summer Associate class)
• Experience working in an office environment (a year of law firm experience)
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and project progression skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with a desire to learn and contribute
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Interpersonal skills aligned to social event support
