The Paralegal will provide complex legal support to attorneys, managing caseloads, drafting documents, coordinating discovery processes, and supervising junior paralegals.

• Document Drafting and Review – Draft and review discovery requests/responses and other filings, ensuring accuracy.
• Case Management – Organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with clients and parties.
• Discovery Support – Lead discovery, gather documents, review and analyze them, and prepare draft responses.
• Research – Conduct basic online research to support attorney case strategies.
• Client Communication – Update clients on case progress, address concerns, and gather information.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and train junior paralegals on procedures and best practices.
• Project Management – Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and create new organizational systems.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) and legal software (Lexis Nexis, Litify, etc.)
