Join our Commercial Litigation Group in New York City, where you will handle complex litigation matters with immediate responsibility, client contact, and courtroom experience.

• Manage cases from investigation through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients; oversee discovery and e‑discovery.
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel; participate in settlement negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and collaborate with staff.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
• 2‑4 years of commercial and/or real‑estate litigation experience in New York state and/or federal courts.
• Strong brief‑writing, research, and oral advocacy skills; comfort taking/defending depositions and appearing in court.
• Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with professionalism and client service focus.
