• Managing real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals.

• Making state and federal court appearances and mediations.

• Performing diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

• At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in commercial and real estate litigation.

• Legal research and writing skills.

• Management experience.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Multitasking capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

• Excellent communication and written skills.

• Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
