The firm is committed to advocating for individuals and holding institutions accountable, fostering collaborative, mission‑driven legal representation.

The Paralegal will provide complex legal support to attorneys, managing caseloads, drafting documents, coordinating discovery, supervising junior paralegals, and working independently under attorney supervision.

• Document drafting and review: draft and review discovery requests, responses, and other filings.
• Case management: organize files, track deadlines, coordinate with clients.
• Discovery support: lead discovery process, gather and analyze documents.
• Research: conduct basic online research to support case strategies.
• Client communication: update clients on progress, address concerns.
• Team leadership: mentor junior paralegals.
• Project management: identify process gaps, recommend improvements, create new systems.

• 3+ years paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software (Lexis Nexis, Litify, etc.).
