Job DutiesThe Paralegal will provide complex legal support to attorneys, managing caseloads, drafting documents, coordinating discovery, supervising junior paralegals, and working independently under attorney supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Document drafting and review: draft and review discovery requests, responses, and other filings.
- Case management: organize files, track deadlines, coordinate with clients.
- Discovery support: lead discovery process, gather and analyze documents.
- Research: conduct basic online research to support case strategies.
- Client communication: update clients on progress, address concerns.
- Team leadership: mentor junior paralegals.
- Project management: identify process gaps, recommend improvements, create new systems.
- 3+ years paralegal experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software (Lexis Nexis, Litify, etc.).
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
- Fridays remote.
