Market Documentation Specialist – Legal
Location:
New York, NY
Responsible for leading the negotiation and execution of complex trading and investment agreements, including derivatives and collateral documentation, across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Law, a related field or foreign equivalent.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Senior Document Specialist, Market Agreement Specialist, or Agreement Negotiation and Drafting.
- Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives documentation such as International Swaps and Derivative agreements, and collateral agreements; advising on cleared derivatives, swaps, and securities.
- Experience leading negotiations and drafting complex legal agreements across multiple jurisdictions, including investment management, advisory, and trading agreements.
- Experience assessing and addressing legal and compliance risks, including the European Market Infrastructure Regulation, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II, and the Dodd‑Frank Act.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $160,000.
