Life Sciences Patent Associate Attorney
FDR Consulting Group has over 20 years of experience in providing law firm placement and merger services.
RoleAssociate attorney responsible for patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling, portfolio management, freedom‑to‑operate studies, patentability and invalidity analysis, due diligence and post‑grant proceedings. Candidate should hold an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in biology or chemistry.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate can be based in New York or Boston.
- Degree in Biology or Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred).
