Well‑regarded global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join their team in the New York Office Delegate.

They are working on a hybrid schedule and in office 3 days a week.

• Assist with contracts, investment guidelines, and operational procedures for institutional accounts and financial intermediaries
• Execute contract administration functions for clients, vendors, and external counter parties
• Prepare comprehensive materials for board of directors and shareholder meetings restricted /li>
• Draft mutual and private fund supplements, registration statements, and related legal documentation
• Support corporate transactions and facilitate regulatory matters for non‑US offices and distribution partners
• Liaise with external service providers to ensure all regulatory filings and requirements are met
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for various strategic corporate initiatives تقنية
• Deliver high‑level paralegal/legal specialist assistance and project support to internal lawyers as needed

• B.A. degree with 8+ years of experience in‑house at a financial services firm or a law firm
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing offering documents and similar disclosure materials
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong experience proofreading
• Proven ability to work directly with clients, external parties, and cross‑functional business units
• Self‑motivated professional capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit
