The Labor & Employment Associate will provide high-quality legal services within the Professional Services industry, focusing on labor and employment matters. This role requires expertise in legal analysis, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in client representation.

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including Regeln compliance and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related agreements and contracts.
• Represent clients in employment‑related litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports or memoranda.
• Advise on policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with clients to address workplace investigations and disputes.
• Stay informed on changing labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Provide support in training sessions and workshops on employment law topics.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong background in labor and employment law within the Professional Services industry.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interaction.
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal trends.

• Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD.
• Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full‑time employment.
