Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $/yr

- Bachelor’s degree required;
Paralegal Certificate or JD coursework a plus - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant (preferably in litigation or employment law)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software such as Neos, Clio, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline‑driven environment
Executive Support
- Manage the Founding Partner’s complex calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, court appearances, and speaking engagements.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as the liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders (clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and staff).
- Anticipate needs, streamline administrative processes, and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Prepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in federal and state courts.
- Maintain case files, docket deadlines, and discovery calendars.
- Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
- Manage document production, case exhibits, and trial preparation materials.
- Coordinate with paralegals and associates to ensure timely filing and case updates.
- Support firm‑wide initiatives and special projects led by the Founding Partner.
- Assist in client intake and management, including drafting engagement letters and tracking case updates.
- Prepare reports and presentations for firm meetings and speaking engagements.
- Help oversee marketing, community engagement, and business development activities as directed.
