• Write, edit, and update legal know‑how and current awareness resources in corporate law and M&A
• Maintain expertise on corporate and M&A topics, ensuring content reflects the latest legal developments
• Collaborate with other editors on content planning and peer review processes
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to ensure content relevance
• Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars

• Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
• Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
• In-depth knowledge of Delaware General Corporation Law and related legal practices
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity

• Experience using AI-based legal technology tools
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in various environments
• Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and corporate forms
