We are seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of personal injury experience to join our growing firm in TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while providing outstanding client service skills.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, he/she must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Candidate must provide immediate analysis on liability, collectible damages, and communicating the steps the team will follow in order to achieve the best results for the client.

• Managing their own docket of personal injury cases
• Set up claims and track medical treatment
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager
• Review demands
• Negotiate with adjusters
• Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds
