Responsible for managing a caseload and assignments of litigated and non-litigated claims.
Develop and implement litigation strategy, review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice.
Work directly with firm senior management and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution.
Partner with State managing attorney, firm paralegal and support staff in producing and responding to legal demands.
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with ME bar.
Self-directed professional with attention to detail and ability to manage workload and
Prioritize appropriately.
This position requires regular travel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish trusted partnerships with internal and external clients.
Ability to work as a team player and with collaborative assignments.
Ability to maintain confidential information and acceptable standards of office and professional conduct.
