EDiscovery Project Attorney

Overview

We partner with regulated organizations seeking experienced eDiscovery Project Attorneys to support compliance‑driven litigation, regulatory investigations, and information governance initiatives. This role plays a critical part in managing document review workflows, ensuring defensible discovery practices, and supporting regulatory and enforcement‑related matters.

• Manage and support eDiscovery projects related to regulatory investigations, audits, and compliance reviews
• Oversee document review workflows, quality control processes, and production timelines
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the discovery lifecycle
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams on data preservation, collection, and review strategies
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms to support large‑scale document review and analysis
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and enforcement actions
• Assist with privilege review, issue tagging, and compliance documentation
• Maintain defensible eDiscovery practices aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; active bar admission preferred
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery in compliance, regulatory, or litigation environments
• Hands‑on experience with eDiscovery platforms and document review tools
• Strong understanding of information governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations in discovery
• Experience supporting regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, or internal reviews
• Background in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• $35-75/hour, depending on experience/project
