The Role/Ideal Candidate

• Established construction law partner with a minimum of $500,000 in portable business
• Deep experience advising owners,
  developers
  , design professionals, and contractors across complex construction and development matters
• Proven ability to structure legal relationships, negotiate and draft construction and design related agreements, and provide practical project counsel
• Experience serving as outside general counsel and collaborating closely with in-house legal and business teams
• Strong background in risk management, claim avoidance, and strategic problem solving throughout the project lifecycle
• Litigation experience handling construction related disputes, including delay claims, defective work, design issues, liens, and breach of contract
• Business minded attorney who delivers clear, actionable advice tailored to client objectives
