Litigation Attorney Insurance Defense

A law firm seeks a full-time Litigation Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join their team in New York, NY. The position is fully remote, with a requirement to reside near the New York Courts within the NYC and Tri-State area for court appearances.

• Handle insurance defense matters from file opening through resolution, including trial.
• Conduct depositions and manage trial preparation autonomously.
• Collaborate with clients and other attorneys effectively.
• Navigate New York court procedures, particularly in Queens and Kings County.

• Strong trial experience preferred.
• New York bar admission required;
  New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
• Proximity to New York Courts for appearances.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

• Excellent legal knowledge and trial skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
