Eisner Amper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team in Baton Rouge. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, and manage the department’s intake process.
You will review MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts, provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm’s directors, and help improve templates and playbooks while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiencies.
