Compass is seeking an Associate Counsel to provide proactive legal guidance across a broad range of matters, including contracts, IP, and corporate transactions. You will partner with teams across operations, people, growth, finance, and product/engineering to enable scalable, business-focused solutions.
The role requires a JD and active bar in NY or CA (or similar), 3+ years in top-tier law firms or in-house, and strong drafting/negotiation skills. AI/privacy experience is a plus.
