Clear Street is building a modern retail brokerage business and seeks a Counsel, Commercial (Retail) to advise on and negotiate the growing volume of agreements supporting that expansion. You will serve as the lead commercial lawyer for Retail and report to the General Counsel.
You will advise Retail leadership, draft and negotiate agreements from term sheet through signature and renewal, and work closely with Compliance, Finance, Privacy and Information Security to manage legal risk.
