We are looking for applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills in an active, rapid‑paced litigation practice. • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of Workers' Compensation cases.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal summaries, evaluations, and analysis.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• Assist in managing case files, deadlines, and client communications.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state with good standing.
• Experience or knowledge in Workers' Compensation is required.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a law office setting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Trial experience is required.
