Real Estate Paralegal

As an Real Estate Paralegal, you will support the preparation and implementation of real estate deals, from initial negotiations to final closings.

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, including deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
• Conduct title searches and manage closing processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate real estate transactions, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Research and resolve any issues related to property titles or legal descriptions.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and related documentation.

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
