Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Attorney with 1-2 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters, including litigation, settlement negotiations, and case management.
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases through various stages of litigation, including discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, analyze applicable laws, and develop effective case strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance cases and achieve favorable outcomes for injured clients.

- Active admission to the New York State Bar.
- 12 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
- Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures, case management, and settlement processes.
- Strong legal writing, research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with attorneys and legal support teams.
