Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Herrick, Feinstein LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters and should also be comfortable working on financing transactions. In addition, this position will support the firm’s nationally recognized Sports Law practice, assisting with transactional matters for professional sports teams, leagues, owners, and related entities.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking hands‑on responsibility, client exposure, and meaningful mentorship within a collegial firm culture.

The range of base salary
* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $250,000 - $275,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will depend upon number of years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

* This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits that may be offered in connection with the job.
