Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with either patent litigation or commercial litigation experience for its IP Litigation team for its offices in Connecticut, Boston, New York, Washington, DC or Miami. The salary for this position is between $220k to $260k.
Qualifications- 4-6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, with patent litigation experience preferred.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is a plus.
- USPTO admission preferred but not required.
- Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
