Attorney - General Liability Litigation

Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 2–8 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

• $230K Manhattan General Liability – City-level pay without the hours-and-screaming package that usually comes with it

• Defend general liability and premises matters in New York state and federal court
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• JD and active New York bar
• 2–8 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
• Deposition and motion-practice experience
