The Firm’s work is distinguished by a unique combination of precision and vision.

Based in any U.S. office (New York preferred), the Legal Technology & AI Attorney – M&A/PE will sit at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and experimentation within the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups. • Use AI-assisted tools and structured review mechanisms to analyze, compare, and refine M&A and Private Equity precedents and drafting materials against internal standards, public company filings, and evolving market practice.
  • Help build and maintain scalable precedent and knowledge infrastructure that improves consistency, promotes knowledge reuse, and supports document automation and legal technology initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted internal resource for M&A and Private Equity lawyers, providing practical legal judgment and guidance while translating substantive expertise into effective knowledge and technology solutions.
