Location: Town of Florida
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Experience working with an ERP System (ERP Microsoft NAVision)
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English and in German
- Creating and monitoring purchase orders in our ERP system
- Checking and recording order confirmations
- Monitoring delivery dates, coordinating deviations with requestors and suppliers
- Carrying out incoming goods inspections
- Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Logistics and shipping tasks for import and export shipments
