Shipping & Receiving Coordinator - Associate; NE

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in our Trenton, MI site, who will serve in a consulting and leadership style role while maintaining the quality of our environment and processes. • Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Complete problem resolution report—carrier claims, no ASNs, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma; some college is preferred.
• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Data analysis.
