Culligan Quench is seeking a dedicated Coffee Route Driver in the Wayne, NJ market to deliver coffee consumables, upsell products, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. The position offers a base salary with commission opportunities and requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

• Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route
• Upsell coffee‑related products to enhance customer value
• Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each visit
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service within your designated territory
• Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including:
  • Conducting regular in‑branch inventory counts
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels
• Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed
• Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club
• Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly
• Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies

• Must have:
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
• Must be: A self‑starter with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
