The Opportunity
Lloyd Staffing is representing a global fashion apparel and accessories organization in the search for a Logistics Carrier Operations Director. This person will lead international transportation operations while helping the organization optimize service, reliability, visibility, and cost performance across its global supply chain network.

What You'll Own

Develop and execute international transportation strategies that improve service, reliability, visibility, and cost performance.
Lead carrier, freight forwarder, and third-party provider relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management.
Oversee global shipment execution, freight visibility, audit and payment processes, capacity planning, and transportation reporting.
Build and develop high-performing teams while establishing KPIs, operational standards, and continuous improvement programs.

What Will Help You Succeed

12+ years of international transportation experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing carrier operations, transportation providers, logistics networks, and global supply chain processes.
Strong analytical, project management, process improvement, and data visualization capabilities.
BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent; SAP knowledge helpful.
