Bilingual Purchasing Manager (English/Spanish)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 – $22

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Bilingual Purchasing Manager
to oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and production supplies specific to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors
. This role is critical in supporting production timelines by securing high-quality materials in a cost-effective and timely manner from both domestic and international vendors.

• Source and procure raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging in alignment with production requirements and GMP standards
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, pricing, and quality
• Communicate effectively with suppliers in both English and Spanish to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, and confirm lead times
• Track inventory levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to prevent production delays
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory and internal quality specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with audits or inspections as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent, Procurement Specialist, or similar role,preferably within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Working knowledge of industry-specific supply chain regulations, such as GMP, FDA, and cGMP standards
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
